Skills shortages are still having a negative impact in the early years sector. Early years consultancy Ceeda’s latest About Early Years Sector Skills report shows that employers are finding it hard to recruit qualified staff, and that even qualified people aren’t always work-ready. To help in providing a solution, we’ve developed education and childcare training - high quality interactive digital learning resources that are mapped to education and childcare qualifications across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. This includes the new T-level qualification being introduced in England from September 2020, as well as NVQs and SVQs at levels 2 and 3 and the latest National Occupational Standards (NOS).
